Accountability and ILC Journey Mapping

Someone approached me recently and asked me about Accountability Coaching.  For me, accountability is a natural part of the Integrative Learning and Change (ILC) Journey Mapping process with ILC Navigation and Coaching as a follow-up.

When you create your Journey Map, you start from where you are, define your destination, and identify the stepping stones you need to achieve before you reach your destination.

As with all plans, things can come up which can require modification and change.

For people who want support in making the change, the ILC Navigation and Coaching services are available

New Post on EmpowermentCoachnet on Facebook

There is a new post on the Facebook page, EmpowermentCoachNet.  The post deals with empowerment and disempowerment and focuses especially on the disempowerment of senior citizens.

The post goes on to introduce the workshop JoelMonty.com hosted in August, 2013, “Take Charge of Your Moods”.  The workshop was received succssfully, though the time-frame for the workshop (2 hours) was not enough to build a solid skill base.

The workshop can be re-offered this summer (2014) in a longer format and, possibly, online to increase access and decrease expenses.

Check-out the post.

Focused Change Services

Focused change services are available for teams, groups, and organizations–including schools, churches, hospitals, and nursing homes as well as large and small businesses.

Learning and Change navigation and coaching services are provided. A change navigation map will be created and progress toward the focused change can be measured against the map. The map provides a step-by-step guide for achieving your goals.

Special Summer Promotion in 2014–Clients in the West Suburbs of Chicago can take advantage of preferred rates during the summer season.

Services are available over the Internet as well.

Times-They Are A Changing

We often look to disposable income to pay for support for learning and change.  Learning and change are to improve the quality of our lives (and businesses).  We seem to rely on basic funding to maintain the status quo–the way we are now–and look to “extra” funding to pay for growth (support for learning and change).

An Internet Marketer was speaking with me the other day about an education program she was offering.  She mentioned that some people invested their last dollar in a similar program and achieved great rewards and success by participating.

I know those stories, too.  Many people do that and are quite successful.

We live in interesting times.  I’m not sure that the global market an Internet Marketer is counting on really exists in quantity today.  Of course, some people have money to invest–probably fewer people and less money than in prior years.  I love Internet Marketing.  I believe that the Internet is the place to expand my Learning and Change Marketplace.  While people in my neighborhood may not be ready for support for learning and change, others are around the world.  Using today’s technology for telecommunications, I can provide learning and change navigation and coaching virtually around the world.  My experience and expertise in creating and facilitating learning programs around the world will help me when I do global online workshops (webinars) from my living room.

I’m a Baby Boomer.  I had a career in the U.S. Army for ten years and have been a learning and change navigator for 40+ more years.  I have a service-connected disability which qualifies me for some VA benefits and I’ve worked long enough to quality for Social Security benefits.  I’m also old enough to qualify for Medicare benefits I’ve been paying into for years.  I count on all of that income as part of my retirement income.  Now I am looking to leverage the Internet into a place where I can make a difference and continue to produce an income stream that will help me enjoy my “retirement.”  (That probably translates to enjoy doing what I love to do, making a positive difference, and generating the income I want at the same time.  “Retirement” doesn’t really come into it too much.)

The US Congress needs to raise the debt ceiling that’s in place today in order for the government to meet its obligations to me in terms of VA Benefits, Social Security, and Medicare.  Those are critical components of my income and the people I pay my bills to are not going to be happy if they don’t get their payments in November because the government has stopped paying me.  I’m one of millions in the same boat.

I’m also a firm believer in the “Law of Attraction” and in abundance.  (I even facilitate programs in that area.)  That’s coming forward as an adjunct to the government funding I receive.

That will be a part of the learning and change navigation and coaching services I provide my clients.  We need to learn and to change together to align ourselves positively with the “Law of Attraction” and to open ourselves to the abundance present in the universe.  This can certainly happen quickly, though usually in its own timing.

What are you doing to create a secure source of income as you move to the age to qualify for government programs such as Social Security and Medicare?  What support do you have for the learning and change required to transition from what you’re doing now to something new you need to do to generate ongoing income for those “retirement” years?

Back to the original concept.  This may be a time when you need to expand beyond the concept of using only disposable income to pay for support for learning and change.  The need for learning and change is upon us.  The U.S. Congress is just giving us a highlighted snapshot of that need.

Want to join me in creating a Law of Attraction Mastermind group?  How else can I help you in your learning and change journey to a more secure and more enjoyable future?
